Owen's Many Faces

Well, I figured it's about time I blogged! Nothing new so it's hard to blog when you don't have anything fun and exciting to report. I didn't even blog about family Christmases! It was quite a disjointed one but overall, it was nice to spend time with my family and Tom enjoyed time with his family as well. Owen, of course, was spoiled and has not tired from his new toys etc yet! We have discovered he LOVES doing puzzles. He does the age 3+ ones so often that he has mastered them so I bought him a 4+ one--this has been taking him longer and he always asks for help so it's fun to sit down with him and help him do his Thomas the train puzzle over, and over, and over.... :) Other than that we're keeping busy. Between work, Tuesday playdates, ECFE on Wednesdays and Music Together (www.musictogethermn.org)class on Thursdays we keep pretty busy! Plus, I've been teaching Sunday School with the youth director at church so our Sundays are fairly busy too! The only other thing new to report is that I registered Owen for preschool this past week! He is going to be going to Sunny Hill Preschool this fall which is in the church that we go to. I definitely think he is ready (besides the potty training part but luckily it is not required at this preschool. Although, I hope he is potty trained by then!) He loves ECFE with all the projects and fun activities so I have no doubt he will love pre-school. I can't believe he will be going to pre-school soon--time sure does fly!
Anyways, that's about it for now. Today I did some experimenting with the new camera lens Tom got me for Christmas. I definitely have not mastered it but hopefully I'll figure it out! I'm sure I will with all the pictures I take-ha! Hope all is well with everyone!
