A couple of weeks ago (umm, yeah, pretty sure it was that long ago...) we had two really HOT and steamy days. Like upper 90's, 100. Something we are definitely not used to around these parts :)
One hot dog....
So, we pulled out the kiddie pool and Owen had a blast.....
(he has had a hair cut since then--ha! :))
Although the heat was unbearable those are the days I love the most.....
just sitting around in the grass, drinking some lemonade, watching your little boy have the time of his life, occasionally getting splashed on.... (because Owen thought it was funny, but I secretly didn't mind....)
and then later on that evening going out for ice cream at the local ice cream shop......
Gosh, I love those kind of days.
Summer is here and I'm lovin' it.
And, boy, do I love that little chocolatey face. : )
