Max has been having a little trouble this past week--just not happy, inconsolable (unless he's nursing....so I do that a lot.) and he has to be held 24/7. So...then it dawned on me...reflux. He wasn't spitting up so I didn't even consider it. But, we took him in and all signs pointed to reflux. So, we got an Rx for Zantac. After 2 doses, there is a change already!! He was awake, content, and quiet last night! Oh how I love thee Zantac. My hero!! I hope it continues.....I was at my wit's end.
And to prove how much I was nursing...Max weighed 7 lb 14 oz at his 2 week appt. Now, about a week later he weighs 8 lb 9 oz!!! What a little porker. ha :)
And yesterday...I asked Owen to get dressed for school and he says, "I can't I'm feeding my baby." So I go in the living room and there he is sitting on the couch with his shirt up and he was nursing his baby doll. I had to walk away to laugh. It was so darn cute! It is even obvious to Owen that nursing is all I do. : )

So glad you have the Zantac now! My Max had reflux but they didn't figure it out for months...months of little sleep, nursing all the time, holding him all the time. I know what you're going through!
