Our Little Cowboy

Howdy! I just put Owen down to bed so at the request of a few people I thought I would post pics of Owen in his Halloween costume. He didn't mind wearing it at all and loves to wear his cowboy boots. The only thing he preferred not to wear too long was his hat. I'm biased but I thought he made a pretty cute cowboy! He loves to say "yee-ahh" as well. Hasn't quite mastered it but it sounds close enough to me. It was a quick Halloween but fun one for Owen. We went and visited the Kubat family for a while and of course, he loves hanging out at the Kubat household! We then came home and stopped at our friend Ross's down the street. He had a good time there looking at their fish aquarium and trying to pet their kitties. He has gotten really good at saying the word fishy too. Super cute! Once we got home we were bombarded by a bunch of kids and Owen basically freaked out because he didn't know what was going on. Someday he will understand...:)
Also, I included a few pictures that I took this past week of Owen playing outside. I am sorry I haven't updated it a little more frequently lately but as most of you know--this house stuff has been a crazy rollercoaster ride and way too stressful for me (and for Tom too). But, in the end, I hope it will all be worth it. The latest is that we have to pay for some new drainage system that will cost more than we would like to spend but if it sells our house I guess we will just deal. Tom and I concluded we are never buying a house again!
