Owen Says the Darndest Things II

Hi there again.

I have been meaning to post this for a couple of weeks now but I've been a bit busy planning and getting ready for my dear friend's baby shower (which I posted on) Anyways...a little while back I let Owen do some bubble blowing. Sadie was also outside and she loves to chase and pop the bubbles. Owen got a huge kick out of this so here ya go:





Also, here are a few things Owen has said lately that crack me up or make me adore him even more than I already do........ :)

"I need a snack, my blood sugar is low" And he has used this multiple times but I'm afraid he cannot fool me with this one. ha! :) (If you don't know, Tom is Type 1 diabetic so this is where he coined this phrase)

One day, I was still laying in bed and Tom brought him in to see me. Owen wanted to go downstairs and I was just a bit slow and lazy. So, he stopped at the top of the stairs and was singing "Twinkle, Twinkle" and "Puff the Magic Dragon." I eventually sat up and he saw me sit up and goes, "but I thought you were sleeping. I was singing songs for you." Awww.

Owen says this a lot lately, "I love you mommy. You're my best friend."

Last but not least, Tom took Owen to the park and apparently while at the park Owen accidentally just barely bumped into a little boy. But...the little boy went all dramatic and started crying. Owen apologized profusely, kept saying, "oh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to. He then kissed the little boy on the cheek and patted his chest.

Now what could be more sweet than that? :)
