Thankful

I am terribly behind on posting this but,alas, I am finally getting around to it. Thanksgiving was quite lovely....we hosted at our house so we could actually celebrate the holiday.  (We both worked Friday) We missed everyone who could not make it! Thanks to all who came...we love your company and thanks for bringing such delicious food too. It was a potluck of sorts and we contributed the turkey! I always feel intimidated by the thought of making a turkey. Although, Tom really did the dirty work...I hate touching raw meat. Ha. A big thank you to our super fam. We love you all!

Last year, I found the idea to make a thankful tree so in keeping with tradition we made one again this year. We have so much to be thankful for. Here are just a few in random order. Once again, you will know which ones Owen said. :)

*sleeping in (I let Tom really sleep in after working one day)
*smiles and laughter

*a wonderful hubby

*friends to help me clean up
*getting Mcdonalds
*having dinosaurs
*scooting down to Lily's house (Owen's neighbor friend)
*flannel sheets
*for you, honey (aww... thanks hubby of mine. ha.)  :)

So much to be thankful for.

The list could go on and on....we are blessed.

Oh and I am thankful for my new iphone! I have finally entered the 21st century and just recently got my very first phone with internet on it! Wow....I need to be mindful about using it.
