You are probably wondering, what on earth is peanut butter sushi?? It is not as disgusting as it sounds! :) I had a little downtime at work so I was looking up food ideas for the little one. I came upon peanut butter sushi and I was like what??? It is actually a really cute idea. Tom was nice enough to make it for Owen for dinner and, naturally, Owen would not eat it!! It looks different so I knew it would not go over well. What it is: bread spread with peanut butter and a strawberry and banana slice in the center. It looked yummy to me! Owen wouldn't even eat the banana because it didn't look right! He did end up taking the strawberry out of every single one and eating those! What a stinker! Here is Tom's creation:
