My Little Sock Monkey

Well, Halloween has come and gone....

And in true Naomi fashion--I'm a day late on the Halloween post. I used to be a punctual person, I don't know what happened. Maybe a 3 year old that dawdles has something to do with it? : ) he he..... Anyways, that could be another entire blog post-ha!

Owen had a fun little Halloween weekend. Grandma Leanne got to come stay with us a couple of nights so he had a blast. Grandma was also the one to help create this little sock monkey costume. (made mostly of men's socks!) If it wasn't for Grandma, Owen would have been costume less! :) Well, I worked on accessories but that doesn't really count for much! So, a BIG thank you to my mom for helping out!!
So, Owen had a party at preschool on Friday and went trick or treating with Daddy last eve. I, unfortunately, spent the eve at work. I was bumming but it's all good. I survived and Owen got to spend some quality time with his Daddy. :) Yesterday, we quickly went over to Tom's sister's house to trick or treat so I snapped a few shots there. Obviously, I was short on time--they aren't award winning photos or anything... :) But, I must capture memories!!
I think he was one darn cute little sock monkey but I might be slightly biased. :)

Hope everyone had a Happy Halloween.....now to go eat some more Reese's peanut butter cups...

Oh, and just for fun...I've included Halloweens from the past--enjoy!

Don't you love my makeup job?  he he .....

Doing what monkeys do best....

Very cool sock monkey costume --I love it! ...and thank God for moms. =) My mom made J's Jedi knight robe. I sent her the tutorial and she did the rest. If it were up to me, I'm not sure if J would have had a costume in time!
