Anyways, one evening while on vacay, we took a little drive to La Jolla. A charming little place...Lots of fun shops, etc. But, we were on a mission. To get to the beach!
The beach was beautiful. The sand so fine. The water absolutely frigid!
This was the first time Owen and Max have stepped foot in an ocean....
I went a little picture happy.
I hope Owen remembers it forever.
I will have these photos for Max to look at when he's older...
but I hope we go back so he can remember too.
I am always in awe of the ocean. It is breathtaking.....

So fun to see your beach photos! And I laughed at your cold water comment. So Cal water is actually warmer than Nor Cal water! It just hasn't warmed up yet bc it's not summer. We go down to So Cal and put our toes in the water and feel like we're in Hawaii! Ha!
