Yesterday, we had a fun little day. We first went to the Children's museum with Owen's buddy, Chase. It's such a fun place and the rooftop is now open. Lots of fun out on the roof--sand sculptures, water painting, etc. Owen spent all of his time painting the rocks with water.
Then, after that, we picked up veggie plants at a great little place near our house. Owen had to feed and say hello to the animals as well. He really gets a kick out of the pig, horse, and goats.
I am now officially worn out from all of that manual labor. The garden was all weeds so it pretty much had to be tilled up and removed of weeds. Ugh--hard work. Owen likes to help so we put him in charge of the bean planting. Hopefully, we will have a bountiful crop this year. I'll keep you posted!
