choo choo trains

Hello all!
I apologize if I'm lacking in the blogging/commenting department lately.....life is busy, I'm tired.....HA! I have to admit.....I'm feeling a little lacking in the inspiration department these days....lighting is terrible in the house, it's cold outside.....cannot wait for spring!  Vacation is coming though--hope to find some inspiration then!  Anyways.....

The little man was quite busy the other day...finding every last train he could and lining them all up on the coffee table.

Those little hands.....

hard at work.....

that once were much smaller...

but are still so small to me......

time is flying by so quickly....

wish those little hands could just stay small forever.....

*sigh*

Oh my! I totally teared up at the first black and white with him chewing on his sweater. I'm not kidding. WOW. I can remember my boys at that age. I'm usually never sad that they're not younger anymore, I love them more and more as they get older. But for some reason it made me emotional; your picture is very powerful. Goodness!

LOVE the light coming in the window, the colorful train and those precious little hands. *sigh*

WOW - these are so much fun! Don't you love when they are hard at work in their own little world.

I love the bright colors in these shots! And the first shot of just him is so stinking cute!

Beautiful photos!! I still haven't put away our collection of Thomas trains. J & Z still play with them now and then. I think, like my brother's Matchbox cars that my mom kept for over 30 years (!), I'm going to keep these trains around for my grandchildren. :)
