Children's Museum

Yesterday, since we both had the day off, we decided to take a little trip to the MN Children's Museum in St. Paul. I think we were all going crazy in the house so I felt we needed to get out! Owen had an absolute blast! We ended up getting a 1 year membership to make our money worthwhile. It's pretty expensive for 1 visit so the membership made more sense. It will definitely be nice to have on these cold winter days or rainy days for that matter. They have all sorts of cool exhibits and Owen liked every one of them. The one he loved the most was the World Works exhibit--part of this exhibit had all sorts of water tables and, of course, he protested when we tried to leave. He has a slight obsession with water for some reason...:) I think I might have to get him a water table or create one--he could spend hours playing with water. He loves to go into our bathroom, climb up onto the tub, and turn on the sink water faucet and "wash" over and over. He's a little stinker! Anyways, back to the museum.... there was also a grocery store and restaurant where he had lots of fun cooking and shopping. The museum is a great place for him to just run around, learn something, and use up some energy. I'm sure we will be back soon!
