Of course, I went back to bed and managed to forget it all. I should have blogged right then but sleep is number one. By far.
Anyways....
I read a lot of blogs. Sometimes I find myself thinking that, compared to others, my little ol' blog is just simply uninspiring.
So many out there that know exactly what to say, how to say it, and can create posts that are so beautifully written. With amazing photos of course.
Me.....I can't convey a beautifully written thought to save my life.
I have all of these thoughts and emotions in my head but to write it down.....
Forget it.
I've learned that I'm not a writer.
I don't really think I'm much of a deep thinker either.
I'm just me.
I'm just a girl. A wife. A mom.
A girl and a mom who likes to see and capture the beauty in life.
The life that I have been given. A wonderful life.
I'm just a mom who likes to capture my beautiful boys. Whom I love so much.
I love that I love photography. Merely because there are moments I'm always going to want to remember and with my camera, those moments will always be there.
So, I think I just have to accept the fact that I'm just a girl with a camera.....
I'm not a writer.
I'm just me.
And I'm OK with that.

What a breath of fresh air. It's so easy to get stuck thinking we should be some other way than just who we are. Thanks for the reminder.

Say what?! I love your honest processing and your seeing your thoughts--but girl--you are gifted with an eye for capturing life and it is unique bc it comes from YOU. You hold MORE than you believe. I will move in with you and whisper that to you every day for a year if I have to. Don't make me buy an airplane ticket...
Oh, I think you are a good writer! And an amazing photographer. But more than that I think I like that you are secure in who you are. You are just the person you are meant to be. :)
