A New Year

A couple of nights ago.... I was up in the middle of the night feeding Max and decided to look back at the last year after looking at someone's top 11 photos of 2011.  I can truly say it has been a wonderful year.  January started off with a dream vacation to Hawaii and along for the ride came our second son....growing quietly in my belly.  Something we had longed for.....for a very long time.  I found out I was pregnant with him right before Christmas.  What an amazing gift! As I look back, what I mostly saw was a year full of joy and love.  Many a face of Owen did I see with a big smile on his face.

A big smile...for he was going to be a big brother.

A big smile.....when he turned four and was licking frosting off his finger tips.

A big smile...when he caught his first fish at grandma and grandpa's house on the lake.

A big smile....when he met his little brother for the first time. 

So many more smiles, so many reasons to be happy.

I am so thankful and grateful for a wonderful year....

I hope and pray 2012 continues to be a year full of love and joy.  For me. For my family. For you, too.
