Bliss

It's Tom's week off so we decided to take advantage of the warm weather and go on a little family outing.  We went to one of the local state parks to spend some time on the beach. Two words for you:

Pure. Bliss.

Weather was perfect. The water was heavenly. We had the beach to ourselves for a while....the peace and quiet, except for the crashing of the waves, was wonderful.  Watching my little boy splash, throw rocks, search for treasure, build sandcastles, and make his "tidal pool" just made me happy.  Laying out on a blanket and soaking up the sun's warmth...ahhh. Utter contentment. What a perfect day.  I am thankful for days like this....I hope for more days of bliss....
