Absent Minded

So, my friend just had her 2 year blog-aversary and I was just thinking about how quickly time flies.  I was just thinking about how I have been blogging for almost two years as well....or so I thought it was ALMOST two years (I thought it would be 2 in December)....
I had put up a visitor tracker in December and for some reason I thought that was my two year mark.  But this morning, I was like wait a minute. I started a blog purely for the reason to keep track of Owen and all the fun, crazy things he does.
I started the blog so our families could watch him grow as they don't live in the same city as we do....to allow Grandmas to get their little Owen fix whenever they needed.
I started the blog for me, for us...so we could remember him when he was little.  So we could remember what he did and when.  (Plus I had this great camera that I had to put to use.)
I know I started blogging right before his first birthday.
His birthday is in...MAY.

I started this blog April 29th, 2008!

I've been so absent minded these days...not surprised I didn't remember my 2nd Blog-day.

I forgot one of my bags at Target the other day.
I walked into the laundry room and forgot the reason I went in there....

I'm surprised I remember to put my underwear on these days...ha!

Anyways, thank you Stacey for helping me remember that it actually has been over 2 years since I've started blogging....

Blogging has been well worth it....a great place to share my life, our life. A great outlet--to vent, to mourn, to celebrate (whether I post them or not....and there are some that I do not post) It is so fun to look back and see how much Owen has grown, how much I've grown.

Looking forward to more blogging adventures ahead...

I will leave you with this since it is Friday...Owen thought he was so hilarious. Well, he really is. :)  Too bad he won't wear them where he is supposed to! We're working on that....
