Good Times

Hey blog Followers! (like all 11 of you! : ) )  Finally getting some time to blog--it's been like, what?, 6 whole days?!  That's just not right.  Totally unacceptable. HA! I've been busy with this and that.....I can't really even remember what I've been busy with...life does that to ya. : )

N E WAYS....it was our annual family camping trip this past weekend and it was a blast, as always!! Besides the packing and unpacking, long car ride due to blasted construction (4+ hours--that's long with a toddler I tell ya--but no, Owen did really great), the mosquito bites, the rain on our first day....it really was super fun.  I mean, what is better than spending time with family, eating good campin' food, sitting around the campfire, smores!, lots of fresh air, sleeping (and taking a nap--I never do that!) all cozy and snug with the loves of my life, listening to loons at night, and watching your little boy have the time of his life???

And what is better, for a little boy, than playing in the dirt all day, playing baseball with a bat made out of a tree branch, playing with the water jug, getting pretty much soaked in the lake, looking for fish, picking blueberries, sleeping in a tent!, smores!,  and having so much fun with Grandma and Grandpa (and Auntie Katie too!)???

Good times had by all...looking forward to many more... love you guys!

Ok, I have to post this...I don't want to post this but I have to.  It's the whole fam (minus Hanni--we missed you!)  This is me (well, and the rest of us) after 2 days of not showering--total grossness.  So embarrassing....but it's got to be done. Man, did a shower feel good! Gosh do I love me a hot shower... Thanks for the good times family!
