So these aren't my best photos (I didn't check my ISO settings-AGAIN...argh) but I feel the need to document, document, document! :)
Earlier today I was cleaning the basement and Owen was being a great helper. He then comes into the room I was cleaning with part of his playmat around his waist (the letter O fits nicely) and sunglasses on his face. He goes, "Mommy, don't I look beautiful? Now all I need are some fancy shoes."
So we go upstairs so he can borrow some of mine. He then says he wants to have a balent (AKA talent) show. So he wears a pair of my shoes for about 1 minute and decides spinning does not work so well with my shoes on....
Superstar
After doing a little dance he decides he needs to add to his attire.
I give him one of my scarves. He tells me my scarf is too big (plus it's for winter he says) but....the cowboy hat and bandana work perfectly. His outfit is complete. Time for a balent show.
He does a few more dance moves and then says, "here Mommy, I'm done with my balent show. You can wear your shoes and be my partner. Want to be my partner and dance?" *sigh*
You bet I do little buddy!

SO cute, Naomi. I love the one with his shades on and one with both of your feet. SO cute!!
That is way too cute. I couldn't help but giggle at him wearing your shoes. Adorable.
Oh, definitely document! These moments are so precious. :)
Such a great capture, play it back to him on his 21st birthday!! ;)
