Fall is in the Air (and a Thank You!)

To start off this post, I am saying thank you to you. : )

I was reading a little article this morning about blogging and one of the things it mentioned was to say thank you. It reminded me that I don't say thank you enough--so that is what I'm doing! I just want to say thank you to all of my lovely followers, those who may stop by only once and leave a comment, those who routinely visit to keep up with what's going on in our little life, those who visit to see my photos, and just to everyone in general! Your kind words, words of encouragement, any words you may leave at all are truly appreciated--more than you probably know! :) I started this blog just so family could keep up with Owen and it has developed into something so much more! Blogging has brought me into this whole new world....."Meeting" new people, discovering all sorts of new blogs and keeping up with friend's blogs (which I think are equally as fun!),  learning new tips and tricks for photography etc... It's been great! So here is my heartfelt thank you-- times a million!!: )

This past weekend we went on a wonderful morning walk. It really was a perfect Fall morning. We went as a family, dog and all! :) We brought our hot cocoa along to stay warm as it was just a little chilly--but not too bad. Nothing a comfy sweatshirt wouldn't fix. The sun was glorious and the fresh, crisp air felt great. The colors were just starting to change and Owen had a great time collecting red leaves and searching for mushrooms.  Definitely a moment to be cherished..here are a just a few shots. More to come... Fall is definitely in the air!

(Owen would not take that finger out of his mouth for the longest time!  He was worried Sadie (our dog) was going to run away when Daddy wasn't holding the leash-ha!)
