My husband has been pushing me to post this little sales pitch so I am finally surrendering and going to do it--ha! So I have this little other hobby of mine..it all started when I received a sewing machine for Christmas last year I think?? Or was it two years...well whatever!

I always love to give gifts that are personalized, that just have a little extra personal touch. So...I started making burp cloths made out of cloth diapers and have also now moved on to bibs, scalloped blankets, and purses. My husband is always like, you know, you should really sell those..blah blah blah. Well, I have had a couple of inquiries so I decided to give it a shot. I have considered Etsy for a while but I just do not have the marketing skills. I mean, come on here, I have a nursing degree not a business/marketing degree! Plus, if you type in burp cloths on Etsy you get like a trillion hits. I just can't compete with that! :) So here is my sales pitch:
If you are looking for a nice, unique baby gift for someone or for yourself these make great gifts. They are super cute and very practical.
I have discovered some amazing fabric stores and can make any color combo, pattern, or whatever you want. I also have minky dot or chenille fabric and those are ultra soft. I'm just going to start out making burp cloths and bibs and see how it goes from there!

these are beautiful! my poor little dude is stuck wearing his big sister's (pink/purple) bibs and using well-worn cloth diapers as burp cloths.
